Greetings! My name is Cat, I am a neurodivergent, queer, cisgender woman. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNC-Wilmington, and am currently a second year Master’s in Social Work student at ASU. I have experience working with adults with trauma, mental health and addiction concerns in an intensive outpatient setting, facilitating group and individual therapy sessions. I  align myself with a client-centered approach and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodrama, mindfulness, the Meadow’s Model of codependency, and somatic-based therapy.

I am extremely passionate about working to provide equitable and accessible mental health care for all. Openness and authenticity are two fundamental values upon which I ground myself both personally and professionally. I'm honored to get to support you wherever you are in your journey towards the embodiment of your authentic self. I seek to facilitate an affirming and nurturing space in collaboration with you, one that supports your continual healing and evolution, and one that honors each facet of your identity.

I spend my time outside of the therapeutic world immersed in a plethora of activities, including camping, hiking, yoga, making art, playing with my cats, exploring the world, and spending as much time in nature as possible.

If you are interested in exploring working together, reach out to set up a consultation!
