Ashley Honey, LCSW (she/her)

Welcome! Psychotherapy is a personal, intimate journey of self-awareness and improvement. Things can feel uncomfortable when you are faced with your thoughts and feelings. Especially if you have endured trauma and are experiencing anxiety, depression, and daily struggles. My approach is warm and welcoming as I navigate these emotions with you. I facilitate client-led therapy sessions to meet your needs and accomplish your personalized goals. Would you like to feel more motivated in your day-to-day life? See your relationships improve? Have a better outlook on life?

I have experience in working with a variety of populations, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Veterans, adults and children involved in DCS, youth involved in the justice system, victims of crime/domestic violence, substance use, inpatient social work management, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment, and crisis and residential care settings.

My supportive approach is centered around your stability, recovery, and healing. I am honored to work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, troubled relationships and conflict, life transitions, and grief. I am compassionate about providing an affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed space to all clients that I work with.
