A support group that focuses on building community and support for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks (ADHD, Autistic, and those living with any other mental health conditions). Topics discussed in this group include: sensory differences, advocating for support needs, nervous system regulation, healthy relationships/ boundaries, and values exploration. This group provides an affirming space for group members to share and learn helpful tools and skills, and build connections with other neuroqueer folks in the Phoenix area.
