My name is Ingrid and I am a Filipino-American cisgender woman. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work at Arizona State University. I have gained extensive experience in the social service industry, working with a range of clients and organizations. In addition to my social work experience, I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Nidra Facilitator and I have had additional coaching and peer support training.
